Mr. Ashish, an Agriculture Engineer by education, has rich experience of 11 years working across various states of India where he has managed various social development related projects at state level and below. During these 11 years, he has spearheaded several projects aimed at improving natural resource management, women empowerment by implementation of rights & entitlement and other grass root level interventions. Apart from his expertise in multiple domains like Integrated Natural Resource Management, Medium and small-scale agronomical practices; his proficiency lies in all aspects of project management especially in devising and implementing result-based management system, review and monitoring of project related finance and fund utilization along with capacity building of team members both from context of subject matter expertise and leadership as well. He currently works with SRIJAN in the capacity of Team Leader, leading BIWAL program, at Bundelkhand and coordination of BIWAL partners.
